Duties on deck:
You are part of the Social Media Strategy team and assist Social Media Strategists in defining experiments and evaluating the results through data
Provide channel recommendations to Social Media Managers based on the insights obtained through data analysis and performance monitoring
Run ad hoc analysis on request or based on own hypothesis
Work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to improve our reporting framework in order to enhance performance monitoring and optimisation
Support the team in quarterly OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process by suggesting performance KPIs and target numbers
Go to person for business planning and forecasting for social media channels
Improve our audience insights through data analysis and inform segmentation
Inform our global Social Media Strategy with insights obtained through market and competitor analysis
Your treasure of experience:
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the social media environment with strong focus on data analysis
Professional knowledge of most current technologies and trends in social media
Very strong analytical skills
Experience with social media and web analytics tools (e.g. Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Fan Page Karma, Social Bakers, Falcon)
Solid understanding of fundamental web tracking technologies
Superb Microsoft excel or Google spreadsheets skills (e.g. VBA, Google scripts, etc.)
Passion for social media, team spirit and a high degree of autonomy
Fluent in English
