Project Manager (m/f) Hamburg

UEG is currently looking for a Senior Manager who will assist in growing a significant, high-profile Lifestyle brand client with strong leadership skills and a high level of client service; responsible for driving account team performance as it relates to quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business along with inter-agency management.

 

This position will be a hybrid of strategy, account management, implementation, and execution, focused on the entire business process for our clients.

 

Primary responsibilities will include managing client programming deliverables and supporting the internal teams with day-to-day needs; however, the responsibilities along entail ideation, presentation development, as well as a broad account management as we look to develop and grow associated client relationships.   The role will be client-facing, and will generate exposure for the individual with key UEG clients.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for integrated marketing campaign across communications, brand experience, talent, production, influencer and strategy teams

  • Conduct internal team accountable for all client deliverables associated with current programming

  • Work with agency partners and vendors in delivering a unified program communication for all respective creative management needs

  • Manage project based measurement assessments for internal or client reporting

    • Facilitation of teams (peer, more senior and more junior) with ability to work with an integrated team, across various offices and various internal departments

    • Support client relationships, delivering strategic solutions and troubleshooting client and internal issues with guidance from account VP

  • Ability to produce client-ready work and maintain client relationships by delivering strategic council and troubleshooting client and internal issues with guidance from account VP

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills: demonstrated ability to take responsibility for several projects and to manage them in a timely manner with limited supervision

  • Oversee budget management and project timelines

  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals

  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with our firm’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and manage assignments and accurately manage client expectations and feedback accordingly

  • Ability to develop and build presentations (ideation, strategic program decisions/ recommendations) as needed to support account team

  • Familiar with best-practice integrated Marketing Communications, Strategy, Communications, Brand Experience, Branded Content and Talent/Influencer programs and the ability to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and actively participate in the execution of all related projects in-house

  • Solid grasp and interest in all aspects of the lifestyle/sports/entertainment industry landscape.

  • Candidate must have dynamic communication skills to present programs and capabilities to the highest level of clients and the experience to provide strategic counsel in the entertainment space

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • At least five years of relevant account management experience in the marketing industry

  • Passion for entertainment/lifestyle, sports and pop culture  

  • Experience providing day-to-day management and organization of multiple sizable workstreams

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills along with the proven ability to consistently make sound judgments

  • Ability to research Client's competitors’ campaigns and industry trends/opportunities and create awareness to the wider team

  • Actively participate in agency brainstorm sessions, on topics and clients, throughout the organization

  • Help to improve the overall agency culture by exhibiting a winning mentality, positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Fully bilingual (English/German)
