We are ADAC PiNCAMP and a multinational, enthusiastic and fun team based in the heart of Berlin with a unified vision of changing the game in the camping industry. We are born out of a huge, established player in the mobility and travel space ("ADAC"). The goal is to become Europe’s leading online destination for modern camping experiences! Our backer has a ton of know-how about camping, so along with solid funding they already have a great head start.This is where you come in … we are looking for an inspiring, engaged and motivated new member as Human Resources & Office Manager (m/f) who thrives on challenges!

What you'll be working on:

  • You manage the entire recruiting process for all company departments, including the creation of professional job descriptions, screening of incoming applications, conducting interviews, managing existing and future recruiting channels and pro-actively sourcing via social networks to help us find excellent candidates
  • You implement employer branding activities/initiatives
  • You are actively involved in creating and optimizing all internal HR and Office processes (e.g. onboarding process, e-mail distribution...)
  • You own and develop our feedback & performance mgt. process (e.g. review set up, organize feedback talks...)
  • You support our entire team in operational (HR) questions and being the first point of contact for all employees
  • You own our Office management and assist with administrative & operational tasks (visa applications, team events, meeting organization...)
  • You have the opportunity to contribute to and maintain the unique and young PiN Camp culture
  • You work closely with our CEO and assist in all Office related tasks & as well as serve as a close sparring partner
  • You are eager to be on top of all relevant Office and HR questions and gain insights and development potential whenever you can (networking, events, trainings...)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology or any other related field
  • You have first relevant working experience e.g. as a junior consultant, intern or working student, ideally within a start-up environment or dynamic/growing organizations
  • You possess outstanding organizational skills and can prioritize and effectively handle day-to-day business parallel to long-term projects
  • You are highly detail-oriented and have an eye for optimizing administrative processes
  • You are able to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
  • You work absolutely independently and are ready to take on responsibility immediately
  • You care deeply about employee well-being and always act in a service-oriented manner
  • You have an excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken
