We are looking for a strategic commercial thinker and execution-savvy leader to drive the company’s development across international markets.

Country Manager Nederland & België / Belgique (f/m)

As a Country Manager you will lead all localization and customization efforts regarding our growth ambitions for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will drive analyses of business performance (e.g. pricing, assortment optimization, competitor analysis), develop the country strategy and work closely with all home24 departments to achieve country targets. You will contribute directly to driving topline results in both countries. You will be the single point of contact for all topics regarding the Netherlands and Belgium.

The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast-paced, result-oriented work environment. You will be able to work hands-on, while opening show rooms or acquiring marketplace partners in the Netherlands and Belgium, and collaboratively in a dynamic set-up taking a leading role not only in theory but in practice.



Your Responsibilities

  • Analysis of commercial reports, market and competitors to develop country and product strategies
  • Identification and execution of measures to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Monitoring of major KPIs to secure operational targets
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive cross-departmental processes (including pricing, assortment sourcing cooperation, marketing, retail and sales)

Your Profile

  • Above average analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • High entrepreneurial mindset and the will to achieve goals in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent people management and communication skills (operational & executive level); exceptional team player
  • 3-5 years track record in comparable positions (e-commerce / tech company / startup)
  • Dutch native speaker language skills with very good feeling & understanding for both countries
  • Academic degree / MBA or equivalent from a top university or business school
