What you’ll be doing in this role:


Are you the one who has intrinsic curiosity and is highly motivated to become an expert in programmatic advertising and who is fully committed to assisting our premium publishers throughout Europe. The Account Manager role requires outstanding communication and leadership skills. In your role, you will be required to excel both on strategic account levels, analytical skills as well as an operational level. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver on their online inventory performance.

  • In charge of assigned media owners for which you monitor and analyse changes in key performance metrics and provide pro-active recommendations to media owners in order to achieve their revenue goals
  • Actively build the relationship with each client team and be constantly aware of improvements opportunities
  • Stay up to date on latest market trends and developments and provide your clients with ways to profit from this using the Improve Digitals product suite
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Improve Digitals offering and be able to sell this to your clients
  • Leading the set-up of new media owners within 360 Platform, including training of our Platform
  • Training of existing clients with the release of new products
  • Manage, execute and coordinate internal processes in cooperation with various experts within Improve Digital such as Demand Managers and Technical Account Managers in order to reach the revenue and operational goals of your media owners 


What we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising platforms
  • Can work independently and problem-solve in ambiguous situations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills

What qualification we’re looking for in a candidate

  • Native in German and fluent in English
  • +2 years online advertising experience for an ad network, SSP, DSP, affiliate network or publisher.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and strong customer-service oriented attitude
  • Result driven character with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to put into action what plans and concerns are shared with you
  • High level of ownership required to signal and act upon clients’ needs and requirements
  • Encourages team environment and knowledge sharing
